Terms of Service

This site is run by XQ9 Tech LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("XQ9 Tech", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

We design and build progressive web apps (PWAs) and perform security testing. Each project is done under a written agreement or order that states the scope, price and timeline. Nothing on this site is an offer until we confirm it in writing.

We only test systems that you own or have written permission to test. Before any testing starts, you must give us written authorization that names the systems, the scope and the dates. We do not test systems belonging to other people without their permission. If authorization is missing or unclear, we stop work and may end the engagement.

Give us accurate information, make sure you have the rights to any content or systems you provide, and keep your own backups. Back up anything important before a security test begins.

Fees and payment terms are stated in the agreement or order for each project.

A security test finds issues within the agreed scope and time. It cannot prove that a system is completely secure. We do not guarantee that every vulnerability will be found.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

The content of this site belongs to XQ9 Tech LLC. Project names shown in our portfolio belong to their owners.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
